On Sunday (09/01), Yue Hua Entertainment's agency gave an official statement regarding Yiren's absence from group activities:
“With gratitude to the fans who love EVERGLOW, we have an announcement about Yiren.
Yiren has to go to China from mid-January to late February due to his education, so he will be resting there for a while to spend time with his family, whom he hasn't seen in a long time due to COVID-19.
During the time stated above, EVERGLOW will continue their activities with the five members, and carry out their schedule as planned," concluded the agency.
EVERGLOW is a girl group made by the Yue Hua Entertainment agency which consists of Yiren, E:U, Sihyeon, Mia, Onda and Aisha.
EVERGLOW is known to have recently made their comeback with the mini album "Return of the Girl" and the title track "Pirate". (www.kpopchart.net)
